Hyderabad, Jul 15: Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K Chandrasekhar announced on Thursday July 14 that Telangana will happen in two weeks.
The TSR chief, urged the Congress leaders on the second day of their 48-hour fast not to let go at this juncture.
"I have indications that Telangana will happen in the next two weeks. You should carry forward your resolve for two more weeks. If the agitation is carried forward for two more weeks, the Centre would certainly come down," KCR told them.
However, late in the evening, the Congress leaders called off their fast, almost 15 hours earlier than the scheduled plan, reportedly in view of the Mumbai blasts.
