Six people injured in road accident at Karkala

Karkala, May 22: As many as six people were injured in a road accident after their vehicle collided against a tree at Andaru here.

The accident took place 4 am in the morning on Monday May 22 while the tourists were travelling to Karwar from Dharmasthala.

The staff of 108 ambulance received information about the accident rushed the injured to a private hospital in Manipal.

The accident is said to be taken place as the driver lost control over the vehicle due to heavy rain.
