Bantwal, May 3: “Ache din have come for the rich Ambani and Adani and not for the poor,” said Congress party candidate and former minister B Ramanath Rai.

Speaking in a news conference at Kakyapadav here, he said, “BJP is gold plating the guarantees of the Congress party.” 

“All the promises made by BJP in the past were false. They said that Rs 15 lacs each will be distributed to the poor out of black money. They promised that two crore jobs will be created per year. None of these was fulfilled. Congress projects have never become bogus,” he said.
