Udupi: Pramod Madhwaraj urges people to vote for Yashpal Suvarna

Udupi, May 2: Former minister Pramod Madhwaraj has called for the election of Yashpal Suvarna, a young and capable candidate who has worked to organize BJP at the grassroots level. Speaking at a meeting held at Sri Rama Mandira in Malpe, he said that Suvarna, identified as the president of fisheries federation and an expert member of the municipal council, has been a sincere administrator in the cooperative, education, and religious sectors.

“He will be the voice of the people of Udupi at the Vidhan Sabha and make Udupi a model constituency. I am confident that he will continue the development programmes conducted during the term of MLA Raghupathi Bhat and me in a more effective manner,” he added.

BJP candidate Yashpal Suvarna requested blessings and support from those present at the meeting.

The meeting was also attended by Shanker Narayana temple managing committee president Sadhu Salian, municipal council member Yogish Salian, Edlin Karkada, temple honorary president Krishnappa Sriyan, president Laxman V Karkera, Matra Sangha president Sunita Ameen, and temple members and office bearers. The program was compered by Santhosh Salian, who also delivered the vote of thanks.
