Mangaluru: Solid waste management unit robbed of Valuables, including CCTV

Mangaluru, May 1: Thieves have stolen valuable goods, including CCTV equipment, worth thousands of rupees from the solid waste management unit of Munnoor gram panchayat. The incident was reported to the police, and a complaint has been filed at Ullal police station.

Between April 22 and April 28, burglars broke into the unit at Bhandarbail and stole a DVR monitor, monitor, USB battery, eight street tube lights, five LED street lights, and some scrap pipeline repair. The stolen items have a total value of about Rs 35,060.

Development officer Ravindra Rajiv Nayak filed the complaint with the police, who have registered a case in connection with the incident at Ullal police station.
