Mangaluru, Mar 20: Health awareness talk for senior citizens was organized at Dharma Jyothi Social Centre.

As many as 65 elderly persons of working area actively participated.

Sr Anitha BS, co-ordinator of Sanjivini Social Work Centre Kinnigoli, was the resource person. She spoke about aging, their physical and mental health. She also said always be positive in life and take care of their own health.

Kavitha welcomed the gathering. Sr Joel Lasrado SRA, co-ordinator of Dharma Jyothi Social Centre was present for the programme. The programme was concluded with a vote of thanks by Shalini.

All the participants were given soap kits and blankets as a centenary memory of the Missionary Sisters of the Queen of Apostles (SRA).
