Mangaluru: Villagers protest by sticking bills on Congress campaign banners

Mangaluru, Mar 19: Villagers of Someshwara, Koliya protested by sticking bills to election campaign banner of the Congress demanding asphalting of road which have been crying for attention for the last 15 years.

The people are leading their lives in misery as there is no proper road. Bills are posted on the banner questioning as to which party they need to vote for.

The banner showed the portrait of MLA U T Khader and the Congress party’s banner promising the voters was displayed near Koliya petrol pump.

The bills have been posted with words written 'Our MLA, Our Pride'.
