Fr.Muller had a vision for Mangalore while Mangalore had the power of knowledge to transform Fr. Muller's dreams into a reality. As a result, we as a family were blessed by Fr.Muller's Institution which we considered as a "home" for our daily bread and survival. On our next visit to Kankanady a short trip to the Knowledge Center of Fr. Mullers is a "MUST".

I still vividly remember nearly 56 years ago when our father got retired from Mullers job, I accompanied him to receive his humble hard-earned retirement settlement. It was rather a "heavy" brown envelope then. My father being an asthama patient, we walked slowly and cautiously to the nearby Syndicate Bank and deposited the four digit settlement in the bank and opened our first bank account. We not only got a blank cheque book that happy day but also got a small brown pass book showing the opening balance as well. That was the beginning of a bright sunshine that has remained bright eversince, "Thanks be to God".

Fr. Mullers Institution has also given us the knowledge of recognizing the facts and realities of humble beginnings of life. The power of knowledge has also given us the value of "Caring and Sharing". We have so much more to share with the Knowledge Center of Fr.Mullers, which Institution has brought lot of pride and glory to our Diocese, our community and also our Christianity.

God bless Fr. Mullers and all those that are dedicated to this fine Institute of Medicine and charity.
