Panaji, Jun 3: Noted Goan writer Vishnu Surya Wagh and dramatist Devidas Amonkar have returned their prestigious Yuva Srujan Puraskar back to the Directorate of Art and Culture.

This they have done in protest against the Goa government's decison to support English language as the medium of instruction in primary schools across the state of Goa.
