Three Teenager Drowns in Saryu while taking Bath

Bahraich, May 29 (PTI) Three children today drowned in a canal of Saryu river while taking bath in Nanpara area here near Indo-Nepal border, a senior police official said.

The victims, identified as Rajesh (16), Sonu (13) and Rajan (14) drowned this morning in Ahiranpurwa village where they had gone to attend a marriage function along with their family members, Superintendent of Police Shailendra Pati Tripathi said.

Tripathi said that divers of Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) had recovered all the three bodies.
