Mangaluru, Nov 29: In the first Nitte University Cup organised by the Nitte University in association with Mangalore Basketball Association, Mount Carmel Central School, Mangaluru emerged champions in U-14 Boys, U-14 Girls, U-17 Boys and U-17 Girls categories. This Basket Ball tournament was organized at the U S Mallya Indoor Stadium, Mangaluru, from November 25 to 27.
Raghuram Kotecha of grade X, Saanvi Kotian of grade VIII and Samuel Isaac DSouza of grade VII won the Best Player trophy in the senior boys, senior girls and junior boys categories respectively.
The management, principal and staff congratulated the basketball players for their super vigour accomplishment.
