Margao: Vintage, Modified Vehicles Showcased at 'Modded Car N Bike Show'

Margao, May 10: ‘The Modded Car N Bike Show’ organized by Regnex Customs and ‘Goa on wheels’ stole some gasps recently at Margao.

Lambretta Club stood as the attraction of the show, exhibiting 8 - 9 Lambretta scooters restored in mint condition.

The event highlighted participation of various modified cars and bikes, choppers, Lambretta Club, Team Goa, Modded Car n Bike club and classic bike and car collectors. The event was organized mainly to create a platform for all those who have a passion towards modifying their cars as well as restoring old cars and bikes which are left in the memories of people as vintage beauties or simply classics.

Some main highlights of the show were modified Lancers by Regnex and Vishal, modified Zen by Sai, modified Civic with Scissor doors by Ajish. Team Goa showcased the Mitsubushi Cedia and the Mercedes C-Class with AMG. Also, Subhash Lotlikar had the Yamaha 50, Honda 2 stroke racer bike, Yamaha Pascol, Honda Charlie, Yamaha Carrot and the Willy’s Jeep on display.

The Standard Herald and The Matchless, a 1950 model were displayed by John Jacob. Evolution choppers displayed 5 choppers of its kind. The Kalekar Brothers Rohan and Prajay displayed a Lancer and Yamaha RD350, while Prasad Bandodkar showcased his fully chromed bullet. One could also see the Volkswagen Beetle by Oliver on display.

Organisers of the show, Regnex Customs and ‘Goa on wheels’ witnessed an overwhelming response of over 1,000 people visiting the show.
