Mangaluru, Sep 27: KPCC president D K Shivakumar in his order dated September 24, has appointed Mangaluru corporator, KPCC coordinator A C Vinayaraj as KPCC spokesperson.

A C Vinayaraj has experience in NSUI unit, as secretary of Dakshina Kannada Youth Congress Committee, chief secretary and president, Dakshina Kannada district Congress spokesperson and district Congress panelist.

The new responsibility is entrusted to him by KPCC president considering his services for the party.
