Mangaluru: ‘Edupath Lecture Series-2’ held at Cultural Centre of Expert PU College, Valachil

Mangaluru, Sep 23: A unique career guidance programme ‘Edupath Lecture Series-2’ was held at the Cultural Centre of Expert PU College, Valachil, Mangaluru.

Dr Maneesh Rai K, Consultant Cardiac Electrophysiologist, KMC hospital, Mangaluru, in his inspiring session said, "Choosing medical profession is obviously a divine choice in life." Addressing the students, D. Maneesh Rai motivated the students to take up medicine as a profession which is the noblest one. He added that it requires patience to balance the personal and professional life of a good doctor. He reiterated that doctor's profession has no retirement and never becomes monotonous as every day there will be surprises and challenges.







After the presentation there was an interactive session in which students put forwarded a plethora of questions which were clarified by the resource person. Dr N K Vijayan Karippal, principal, Expert PU College, Valachil, Mangaluru, honoured the resource person with a memento. Subramanya Udupa, vice principal (academics), welcomed him with a bouquet.

Dr Chaithra, pathologist, KMC, Mangaluru, Raghavendra Shenoy, vice principal (admin), Gurudath, coaching head, and other faculty members were present on the occasion. Saloni Kallur, a student of M-2 batch introduced the guest, welcomed and compered the programme.
