Kaup: PFI activists block NH 66 condemning NIA raids, district president Fayaz arrested

Kaup, Sep 22: Workers of PFI blocked highway NH 66 in the town area here condemning the lightning strike by NIA on SDPI and PFI offices throughout Dakshina Kannada district.

As the protesters did not take any prior permission for the protest, police arrested several activists of the party including district president Fayaz.

Kaup circle inspector K C Poovaiah, SI Sri Shaila Muragod and personnel ensured law and order at the site of protest.
