Bengaluru: CM inaugurates Kanakada Jayanti, confers Kanakashree, Kanaka Yuva Awards

Bengaluru, Dec 3: Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa inaugurated the Kanakadasa Jayanti organized by the Kannada and Culture Department in Bengaluru on Thursday.

The Chief Minister also conferred the Kanakashree and Kanaka Yuva Awards.

Kaginele Kanaka Guru Peeth head Sri Niranjanandappuri Swamiji, Kaginele Thinthini branch head Sri Siddaramanandapuri Swamiji, Deputy Chief Minister Govinda M Karjol, Urban Development Minister Byrati
Basavaraj, MLC H M Revanna, Kannada and Culture Department Principal Secretary Rashmi Mahesh and other dignitaries attended the programme.
