Moodbidri, Sep 14: "523 students of Alva’s Pre-University College, here, passed the examination and qualified for JEE (Advanced) Of which, 155 students obtained the percentile score of above 90," said Alva's education foundation chairman, Dr M Mohan Alva.
The result for the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE)-Mains was declared late night on Friday.
Chinmay R (99.35), Naveen Kumar Muttal (99.05), Harsha V (98.92), Sudhanva Nadigar(98.91), Anush (98.91), Arnav Ayyappa PP (98.68), Amritesh P (98.04), Amogh Prabhu (98.35), Preethi NG (98.3), P S Raveendra (98.29), Umesh S B (98.26), Suhas C (98.23), Varun Tej (98.11), Aksha Mrutyunjay (98.11), Subeeksh V Hegde (98.05), Devin Prajwal Rai (98.05) are the 16 students who achieved above 98 percentile.
Above 95 percentile 70 students, above 90 percentile 155 students, above 85 percentile 230 students, above 80 percentile 292 students, above 75 percentile 369 students.
Alva's Pre-University college principal, Professor Ramesh Shetty H, coordinator Venkatesh Nayak and other faculties were present at the press meet.
