Mangaluru: St Aloysius BEd College organizes webinar on Neuro Linguistic Programming

Mangaluru, Aug 26: St Aloysius Institute of Education, a leading college of teacher education organized a neuro-linguistic programming webinar on the topic ‘Developing Personal Resources to Build up Resilience’.

Popular NLP Trainer Prof Leo Lobo, (Chief Executive Officer-Exordia LLP, Bengaluru) was the speaker. The speaker shared his wide experience and wisdom on the given topic by touching upon related aspects like, control on life, intrinsic motivation, identifying goals of life, limiting beliefs, making decisions, releasing unwanted fear, emotions and behaviors. He also told that the Neuro-Linguistic Programming provides practical ways to change the way one thinks and views his/her past/present events and to apply psychological approaches to analyze them and subsequently become a successful individual. NLP is the method of understanding how people organize their thinking, feeling and behaviour to produce what they expect to do. It is also a way of changing someone’s thoughts and behaviors to help them to achieve desired outcomes in their lives-he added.

The webinar began with the invocation by Anju Joseph. Dr Farita Viegas, principal, rendered the welcome address. Joshna B, webinar in-charge, introduced the speaker. Sr Jevita Pais UFS delivered the vote of thanks. Anisha D’Souza compered the session.
