Hassan: C T Ravi becomes saviour for woman involved in accident

Daijiworld Media Network - Hassan (SP)

Hassan, Aug 4: A woman who had become unconscious after suffering injuries in a motorbike accident, was saved by state minister for tourism, C T Ravi. He gave evidence about his humane side and helping nature when he brought her in his car and admitted her into the hospital here.

Ravi was going to Bengaluru from Chikkamagaluru in his car. A Muslim woman had suffered grievous injuries after her clothes got entangled in the wheel of her two-wheeler at Uddoor on the outskirts of Hassan and had become unconscious. The minister who passed by the spot a short time later felt that it was unwise to wait for the ambulance to arrive and took the woman in his vehicle to the hospital.

On the way, the minster called the medical officer of the district hospital, asking him to make necessary preparations to treat the woman. As soon as she reached the hospital, she was treated and was out of danger, Ravi said.
