Kundapur, Jul 14: “There is no need to be afraid about corona treatment costing between Rs two lac to Rs three lac. Free treatment is available under Ayushman Scheme. People can visit private hospitals where Ayushman scheme is implemented. People holding BPL or APL ration cards even if not holding Ayushman cards, can obtain free treatment on production of Aadhaar cards. Directions about it are given in Dakshina Kannada district,” said minister Kota Srinivas Poojary.

Speaking to news reporters, he said that free treatment is available for coronavirus. “There is no need to be worried at all. Another meeting of officials is being conducted to clear confusion in this connection. All the doubts will be cleared in it,” he said.

Responding to second PUC examination results, he said that the achievements of students in undivided Dakshina Kannada district are commendable. I congratulate all the students.”
