Administration and RTO must request public and passengers to monitor the speed and trips . Make arrangements to send information about the service of the busses if they violate the rules. Few buses means pedestrians and two wheelers must be very careful. Mangalore citizens are very clever, I heard that around thousand two wheelers have been registered. That is good sign. Office goers are decided to go by own vehicles that what I feel.
