Udupi, Jan 7: Adline Castelino was born on 24, 1998 in Kuwait city. She is the daughter of Alphonsus Castelino and Meera Castelino of Udyavar, Udupi.
She shifted to Mumbai while she was 15 and claims to have lived with around 50 girls from all over the country. She completed her secondary education from St Xavier and graduated from Wilson College of business administration. She is a model and works with VSP, an organization that works towards sustainable livelyhoood for framers to curb farmer suicides and inequality. She relates to this cause as her grandparents were farmers and her grandmother died at the age of 22 due to lack of medical facilities. Through this opportunity Adline feels that getting to this stage is no more than a miracle for someone who had no one in the city and representing your country on an international stage is a dream come true. She would love to do that with every ounce of her soul thereby making her state and society proud.
Miss Diva was established in 2013 as a franchise for Miss Universe under the Times of India. The pageant explores and brings together young talent for the fashion, lifestyle and entertainment industry. The winner will proudly represent our country at the coveted Miss Universe pageant. A one of its kind endeavor LIVA Miss Diva 2020 envisions putting forth the best of Indian beauty and talent consequently revolutionizing the definition of personality, elegance and grandeur. Lara Dutta will don the hat of the Miss Diva 2020. This will be the eithth edition of Miss Diva contest to be held on February 22. A total of twenty contestants will be shortlisted from various auditions across the country. Miss Universe India 2019, Vartika Singh and Miss Supranational India 2019, Shefali Sood will crown their successors at the end of the event. The winners will represent India at Miss Universe 2020 and Miss Supranational 2020 pageant respectively. This will be the first edition of Miss Diva under Liva Fluid Fashion.
