Ahmedabad, Dec 4: A man riding a two-wheeler died on Tuesday in Ahmedabad, after allegedly being hit by Congress MLA Shailesh Parmar's car.
As per police officials, Parmar's driver was behind the wheel when the accident occurred. "The MLA told us that his driver had taken out the car and was driving when
the incident took place. If proven, the driver will be arrested," police said.
As of now, the police has seized the car and registered a case under IPC sections 279 (rash driving or riding on a public way), 338 (causing grievous hurt by act
endangering life or personal safety of others), 304A (causing death by negligence).
However, no arrests have been made so far. But, police have begun their investigations.
