Indian Boxing League to start from December 2


New Delhi, Nov 15 (IANS): Badminton and wrestling league owners have joined hands to create the big bout -- Indian Boxing League -- with an aim to be the biggest boxing event in Asia, the organisers said on Friday.

The first ever Olympic style boxing league is scheduled to be held from December 2 to December 21. The league will witness the participation of some of the top names in boxing, including Mary Kom, Sonia Lather, Amit Panghal and Manoj Kumar.

ProSportify and SportzLive, the executors of Pro Wrestling League and Premier Badminton League, will organise the boxing league which will be aired on Star Sports 1 and Star Sports 1 HD.
