Mangaluru, Aug 20: There is information that forensic science laboratory (FSL) report relating to the mysterious death of Cafe Coffee Day (CCD) founder Siddhartha Hegde V G, has been submitted to the investigating officer. However, the city police commissioner has denied this information.

Sources say that the said report was submitted four days back. But city police commissioner Dr Harsha P S, says that the investigating officer has informed him that final report is yet to be received.

Siddhartha had gone missing from near Ullal bridge here on the evening of July 29. His mortal remains were found near an ice plant at Hoige Bazar on July 31, about 4.5 km away from the bridge.

In the preliminary postmortem report, it was indicated that Siddhartha's death occurred due to drowning. It was said then that the actual causes for his death would be revealed by the FSL report.
