Mangaluru: Ryan International School Kulai celebrates Independence Day with patriotic fervour

Mangaluru, Aug 15: A day of great pride and glory for every Indian, the 73rd Independence Day was celebrated with patriotic fervour and zest at Ryan International School, Kulai here.

The great day commenced with guard of honour followed by prayer. To commemorate the sovereignty of our country, esteemed chief guest Lt Col Gracian Sequiera unfurled the National flag. The chief guest planted a sapling to mark the 73rd Independence Day and as a gesture to nurture and protect the environment, Rithwik Prabhu and Kaira Bhandari presented a sapling and a welcome card to the chief guest.

Melissa and Prajay spoke on the sacrifice of our national heroes.



Love for the nation was further enhanced through an inspirational speech by the chief guest.

The students expressed their love for the nation through patriotic songs. The ceremony came to an end with a vote of thanks.
