Mumbai Press Club announces winners of RedInk Awards 2019


Mumbai, Jun 24 (IANS): Former Tribune journalist, Rachna Khaira who wrote the expose on the UIDAI (Aadhaar Card), has bagged the Mumbai Press Club's "RedInk Journalist of the Year Award" 2019, it was announced here on Monday.

The RedInk Award for Lifetime Achievement went to two retired senior journalists - former Maharashtra Times journalist, Dinu Ranadive, 94, and Mumbai Mirror's former photo editor Sebastian D'Souza.

The RedInk Star Mumbai Reporter Award has gone to Mid-Day's Ranjit Jadhav.

Other categories of the prestigious media awards will be announced later at a mega-function on June 28 here, said a Mumbai Press Club office-bearer.
