Mangaluru Feb 14: Senior Congress leader B Janardhana Poojary on Thursday, February 14 said that B S Yeddyurappa's ‘Operation Lotus’ will destroy BJP and he should stop doing it.

Addressing media, he said, "Yeddyurappa will not stop indulging in ‘Operation Lotus’. It has become a hobby for him. ‘Operation Lotus’ will destroy BJP.”

When asked about SIT probe into audio clip issue and BJP's opposition for the same, Poojary said, "What is wrong in SIT probing the issue? Let the truth come out and all confusion will be cleared regarding the audio clip. BJP has demanded to form a house committee. Hence, it is the responsibility of every MLA, and speaker to take a decision on what kind of probe should be ordered into the controversial audio clip episode.”

When asked about Mulayam Mulayam Singh Yadav heaping praises on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and expressing his wish to see him re-elected to office again, Poojary said, “It is his opinion. Everyone has freedom to express their opinion. Whoever is destined to become the prime minister, will become one.”
