Karwar: Car comes crashing on house after driver loses control

Karwar, Feb 11: A car crashed on a house on the slopes after its driver lost control of the vehicle.

The accident took place on Monday, February 11 near Baithakhola port area, but fortunately, no one was hurt.

The driver was travelling to Karwar on NH66 when he lost control of the vehicle on the slopes and came crashing down on the house belonging to Damodar Patil.

The car driver escaped unhurt. As there was nobody in the house, there were no injuries or loss of life. Local people telephoned police. The car was damaged due to the impact and the roof of the house has collapsed.

Police visited the spot and undertook investigation. A case was registered at Karwar traffic police station.
