Bribery case: Janardhana Reddy summoned to appear before CCB on Nov 11

Bengaluru, November 9: Mining baron G Janardhana Reddy who is currently absconding has been summoned by the Bengaluru Central Crime Branch (CCB) to appear for inquiry on November 11 and a notice regarding the same has been issued.

Reddy’s involvement is suspected in the Ambidant Group alleged bribery case. His anticipatory bail plea on Monday was adjourned as the CCB requested time to file objection.

Reddy’s lawyer Chandrashekar claimed that allegations on the mining baron are part of a political conspiracy. He said that CCB even though not having jurisdiction are dragging Reddy in the case.

Chandrashekar had filed two petitions n Karnataka High Court. He petitioned to quash Ambidant Group alleged bribery case and also in another petition he sought the court to change two investigation officers.

Meanwhile, Water resources minister DK Shivakumar has rubbished rumours on state government’s involvement in the police investigation of the Ambidant Group alleged bribery case. “The CCB police are investigating the case based on documents and evidence they have obtained,” he said.

    Now nobody from chaddiless is complaining about vendetta politics or hate rides etc etc. During raid on dkc all chaddiless were saying BJP is making false allegation and vendetta etc etc but now same dkc saying law is taking action and sickulars r in tandom with him
