Udupi, Oct 19: An elderly man crossing the road died after a passing car hit him on Thursday, October 18 at Padubidri.
Rama K Kunder (92) is the deceased person.
Kunder was the president of Mulki Milk Producers Cooperative Society. He was also the member of Padubidri panchayat earlier.
As per details available, Kunder was crossing the highway in the afternoon of Thursday when a car hit him.
Details of the car are not available.
Padubidri police have registered a case.
