Mumbai, Apr 5: Comedy king Kapil Sharma's new show 'Family Time with Kapil Sharma' will reportedly go off air following lukewarm response from the audience.
According to reports, the Indian TV's most successful comedian-actor Kapil Sharma's comeback show which went on air on March 25 has not been able to garner audience attention.
Sharma is dejected over negative feedback from the audience on the current format of the show. It is also reported that Sharma has canceled four out of six shoot schedules of the show incurring huge losses to the channel.
A report on India Today added that upset Sharma even stopped receiving calls from anyone.
The broadcasting channel has been trying to put things in order.
Chandan Prabhakar, Kiku Sharda and Navjot Singh Sidhu are on board in this game show with prizes for the family that wins fun tasks. Actress Neha Pendse has joined the team as the co-host while Chandan and Kiku continue to play Chandu Chaiwala and Bumper respectively.
Earlier Sharma's 'The Kapil Sharma Show' went off air owing to dropping TRPs and deteriorating health. All these issues started following his spat with fellow-comic Sunil Grover.
