Sunny Leone welcomes sons via surrogacy


Los Angeles, Mar 5 (IANS): Former adult film star Sunny Leone, who adopted girl child Nisha in 2017, on Monday surprised everyone by announcing the birth of her sons Noah and Asher via surrogacy.

Sunny, who is currently here, took to Twitter and posted a photograph of herself along with husband Daniel Weber and their three children.

Sunny, now a Bollywood actress, captioned it: "God's plan! June 21st, 2017 was the day Daniel and I found out that we might possibly be having three children within a short amount of time. We planned and tried to have a family and after so many years are family is now complete with Asher Singh Weber, Noah Singh Weber and Nisha Kaur Weber."

"Our boys were born a few weeks ago but were alive in our hearts and eyes for many years. God planned something so special for us and gave us a large family. We are both proud parents of three beautiful children. Surprise everyone."

Sunny, 36, later tweeted that Noah and Asher are their biological children.

"Just so there is no confusion Asher and Noah are our biological children. We chose surrogacy to complete our family many years ago and it's now finally complete so happy!"

The "Jism 2" actress said in a statement: "We chose to do surrogacy with a fertilised egg from Daniel's genes and my genes. Asher and Noah are our biological children and God sent us an angel surrogate to carry our boys until they were born."

Calling it an "amazing new chapter" of their life, Daniel said: "I believe the great chapter of all. We have been blessed with an amazing journey and looking forward to many more great things ahead. Proud Family!"
