Government postpones provision relating to TDS, TCS under GST

New Delhi, Jun 26 (IANS): The government has postponed the provision relating to Tax Deduction at Source and Tax Collection at Source under the GST, ahead of its July 1 roll-out.

This has been done to provide more time for persons liable to deduct tax at source and e-commerce companies and their suppliers to prepare for the historic tax reform.
