Biejing, Oct 12 (Daily Bhaskar) : They say, ‘it's never too late to find love’. And it happened in real when a 71-year-old Chinese found his true love in a 114-year-old woman! Yes, you read that right! The couple is now married too.

The man, Zheng, said it was love at first sight when he met his older bride, Zhang Shuying, around a year ago. It took them over an year to decide and agree to get married.

Zheng and Zhang met at a hospital and fell for each other. Zheng was moved into a nursing home in China's Bachu County, when he met with a train accident, 50 years ago. He became disabled following the mishap and said that his bride was one of the first to care for him when he arrived at the nursing home.

Zhang was initially reluctant to start a relationship with the man - who is 43 years younger than her - saying that she did not wish to commit at such a great age. But that feeling faded away with time, and the two fell in love with each other. They recently got married.

They registered their marriage at the local government office, receiving certificates which have been stamped and authenticated.
