Mangalore, Sep 29: Four cases of unnatural death have been reported in DK district in the past five days.

In Uppinangady Police Station limits Thambi alias Samuel (38) was found dead. A resident of Sullia Majalu Echalampady village, Samuel is said to have consumed acid in his house.

He was admitted to Fr Muller hospital Mangalore where he was declared dead while under treatment.
 
In another case, Ullahannan (74), a resident of Shirvatadka house Shiradi village committed suicide by consuming pesticide in his house.

A case of unnatural death was also reported in the Beltangady police station limits on Sep 27 where one Lakshmana Gowda (55), resident of Kakkarabettu house Ujire village Beltangady Taluk committed suicide by hanging himself in his house.

On Sep 24, Koragappa Kulala (45) of Bastigudde house Sullia Taluk was founded dead. He is said to have consumed excess alcohol.

He was admitted to Government Hospital Sullia where he was declared dead.
