Udupi, Aug 30: Pitti Nagesh, the prime accused and mastermind behind the murder of "Hai Maruta" editor Hitendra Prasad narco analysis test, said SP Dr Subrahmaneshwar Rao.

It could be recalled that several persons had demanded for narco test to be conducted on Pitti Nagesh since there could be some unseen hands behind the entire episode.  Though Pitti Nagesh has confessed the crime and said that he killed Hitendra for his survival, it is suspected that someone else might have given a supari to Pitti to finish off Hitendra.

Now that the assailants and the mastermind have been nabbed, the police have decided to make it clear to all about the entire case.  In this regard, they have decided to conduct narco analysis test on Pitti Nagesh to unearth the exact motives and unmasked the exact persons behind the gruesome murder.

District SP also said that it is not yet sure as on which day would the test be conducted.  However, a letter has been written to the Bangalore-based crime investigation bureau to fix the date.

Meanwhile the police found a laptop, a desktop computer, a few CDs, software and some photos of young women have been recovered from Hitendra's house.
