Mangalore, Aug 29: A pedestrian was killed after he was knocked down by a mobike on National Highway 48 near Capitanio High School near here on Monday August 28.
The deceased has been identified as Thomas D'Sa (70), a local resident. He was walking beside the road on Monday when a mobike, driven recklessly by one Isaac knocked him down just in front of Capitanio High School.
As a result, he fell on the road and sustained serious injuries in his head. Though he was immediately admitted to a private hospital here, he succumbed to the injuries later.
Ronald D'Sa has filed a case in this regard with the Kankanady police.
