Bengaluru: Book on mental health and transformation to be launched at St Joseph’s University

Bengaluru, Oct 10: On the occasion of World Mental Health Day, Waves of the Unconscious: Pathways to Transformation, authored by Prof Leo Lobo, NLP master trainer and mindset maps coach, will be launched at St Joseph’s University, Bengaluru, on Saturday, October 10, at 4:00 p.m.

Prof Rajeev Gowda, former Member of Parliament, will be the chief guest at the event.

The guests of honour include Prof Gopal Mahapatra, coach, mentor and corporate leader; Sr Dr Cynthia Gonsalves, clinical psychologist and specialist in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and gestalt therapy; and Fr Dr Melwyn Pinto, pro vice-chancellor of St Joseph’s University.

The book explores the role of the unconscious mind in shaping human beliefs, emotions and behaviour, offering insights into self-awareness, personal growth and transformation.
