CM DK Shivakumar’s Hebri visit: Officials inspect arrangements

Udupi, Sep 14: Ahead of chief minister DK Shivakumar’s proposed visit to Hebri, Udupi district officials inspected the arrangements at the helipad and the venue where the meeting is scheduled to be held.

Udupi superintendent of police Hariram Shankar, additional deputy commissioner Abheed Gadyal, assistant commissioner Rashmi S R, additional superintendent of police Ishita Gupta and officials from various departments took part in the inspection.

Karnataka Narayana Guru Development Corporation chairman Mudradi Manjunath Poojary provided various details regarding the preparations.

The officials conducted a comprehensive review of the security arrangements, traffic management and other necessary preparations to be made in view of the chief minister’s visit.

Officials, entrepreneur Hebri Satish Pai, Chara Vadiraaj Shetty, Congress leaders Praveen Ballal, Dinesh Shetty Hutturke, Shankar Sherigar, H. Janardhan and Nilesh Poojary, among others, were present.
