Managluru, Sep 9: Mulki police have arrested two more accused in connection with the theft of valuables worth several lakhs of rupees from Sri Kordabbu Daivasthana at Kilpady.
The arrested persons have been identified as Abdul Jumal (24) and Mohammed Afrid (24), both residents of Davanagere.
With their arrest, the total number of accused taken into custody in the case has risen to four.
Earlier, police had arrested Jahid Sinan (26), a resident of Kanchinadaka in Padubidri, and Yasin (36), a native of Nitte in Karkala who is presently residing near Karnad.
Police have launched a search for the remaining accused involved in the case.
