Mumbai, Sep 1: Rapper Badshah and Punjabi actor Isha Rikhi have announced their decision to part ways, just five months after their wedding.

The couple, who had been dating since 2021, tied the knot earlier this year in a private ceremony. They shared a joint statement on their respective Instagram accounts on Monday, confirming that the separation was a mutual decision.

“We have mutually decided to part ways and move forward on our separate paths. This decision has been made with mutual respect, and we kindly request to respect our privacy,” they said in the statement.

The couple also urged people to refrain from speculation about their relationship.

“This will be our statement on the matter. We sincerely request there be no further speculation or assumptions regarding our relationship,” they added.

Badshah was previously married to Jasmine Masih. The couple tied the knot in 2012 and announced their divorce in 2020. They have a daughter, Jessemy Grace Masih Singh, who was born in 2017.
