Mumbai, Sep 1: Comedian Sunil Pal has criticised actor Archana Puran Singh for appearing on Samay Raina’s India’s Got Latent 2, saying he was upset by remarks made about her family during the show.

Archana recently appeared as a panelist on an episode of the show alongside Orry, Sharon Verma and Nishant Suri. During the episode, Samay Raina reportedly roasted Archana and made comments about her husband Parmeet Sethi and their sons, Aaryamann Sethi and Ayushmaan Sethi.

Sunil, who said he considers Archana his guru, questioned her decision to participate in the programme and said fans were hurt by the remarks directed at her family.

In a video message, Sunil said he could not tolerate the alleged disrespect towards Archana’s family and added that her fans also felt bad about it.

He further suggested that Archana should avoid appearing on such shows for money or other incentives.

Sunil also specifically referred to comments calling Archana’s sons “nalla” and her husband “berozgar”, saying the remarks did not sit well with him.

Sunil Pal has previously criticised Samay Raina and India’s Got Latent 2. Archana Puran Singh has not yet responded to his latest comments.
