New Delhi, Jun 20: Gold prices witnessed a marginal decline on Saturday, with the price of 24-carat gold falling by Rs 10 in early trade. According to the GoodReturns website, ten grams of the precious metal was trading at Rs 1,45,850.
The price of 22-carat gold also declined by Rs 10, with ten grams selling at Rs 1,33,690. Silver prices dropped by Rs 100, with one kilogram of the metal priced at Rs 2,49,900.
The price of 24-carat gold stood at Rs 1,45,850 per 10 grams in Mumbai, Kolkata and Hyderabad, while Chennai recorded a higher price of Rs 1,48,030. In Delhi, 24-carat gold was priced at Rs 1,46,000 per 10 grams.

For 22-carat gold, the price in Mumbai was Rs 1,33,690 per 10 grams, which was the same in Kolkata, Bengaluru and Hyderabad. Chennai recorded a price of Rs 1,35,690, while Delhi saw 22-carat gold at Rs 1,33,840 per 10 grams.
Silver prices remained at Rs 2,49,900 per kilogram in Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai, while Chennai recorded silver at Rs 2,54,900 per kilogram.
Internationally, gold prices edged lower on Friday and were headed for a third consecutive weekly decline as a stronger US dollar and hawkish signals from the US Federal Reserve weighed on the non-yielding metal.
Spot gold fell 0.5 per cent to $4,189.26 per ounce, while US gold futures for August delivery declined 0.9 per cent to $4,207.80.
Spot silver dropped 0.8 per cent to $65.32 per ounce. Platinum declined 0.9 per cent to $1,680.87, while palladium slipped 0.5 per cent to $1,272 per ounce.
