Yenepoya World School to host blood donation camp on Jun 18

Mangaluru, Jun 16: A blood donation camp will be organised at the Yenepoya World School Auditorium on Thursday, June 18, from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm, with the objective of promoting voluntary blood donation and creating awareness about its life-saving impact.

The initiative is being jointly organised by Yenepoya World School, Yenepoya Specialty Hospital, and the State Bank of India.

The organisers stated that the camp aims to encourage community participation in blood donation and highlight the vital role voluntary donors play in supporting healthcare services and saving lives.

Members of the public, students, staff, and well-wishers have been invited to participate in the noble cause and contribute towards maintaining an adequate supply of blood for patients in need.

The organisers expressed hope that the event would help raise awareness about the importance of regular blood donation and inspire more individuals to become voluntary donors.
