Mangaluru, Apr 14: Reshel Bretny Fernandes, a young author, orator and student from Mangaluru, has been honoured among the ‘Top 50 Remarkable Women’ by Diva Planet magazine, recognising her contributions to literature and public engagement at a young age.

A final-year LLB student and an ABVP activist, Reshel is also a recipient of the prestigious Kittur Rani Chennamma State Award. She has emerged as a prominent youth figure with accomplishments spanning both national and international literary platforms.

Reshel has authored six books, earning recognition for her writing across genres and themes. Over the years, she has received several awards at national and international levels, further strengthening her profile as an emerging voice in contemporary literature.

Her work has been featured in reputed magazines, and she has been appreciated by institutions including the Prime Minister’s Office, the President of India, and various central ministries, reflecting the wider acknowledgement of her contributions.
