The camp began with a prayer song by the students, and the vote of thanks was proposed by Rita.
Throughout the camp, students were engaged in interactive and activity-based learning covering subjects such as easy science, mathematics, English, and grammar. Practical exposure was given through science experiments, especially in chemistry, and hands-on experience in physics, chemistry, and biology laboratories. The use of interactive smart boards made learning more effective and engaging.
In addition to academics, the camp emphasized life skills and value education, including human values, respect for elders, social responsibility, and civic sense. Activities such as action songs, English rhymes, craft work, group dynamics, and concentration exercises helped in the holistic development of the students. A written test was also conducted to assess their learning abilities.
Special sessions were conducted for 10th standard students focusing on career guidance, including options after SSLC, course selection based on individual capacity, and the importance of choosing the right college. Students were also guided on becoming responsible citizens of the country.
The facilities and achievements of Amar Jyoti High School and PU College were introduced to the students, including hostel, transportation, laboratory facilities, smart classrooms, CET coaching, competitive exam preparation, and co-curricular activities. This exposure created a strong interest among students, and many expressed their desire to pursue further education, especially in the Science stream, at Amar Jyoti institutions.
The camp also served as a platform for students to interact, build confidence, and develop social connections. Their enthusiastic participation and positive response were clearly visible, with many students actively engaging in all activities and showing keen interest in continuing their education.
Meals and refreshments were provided to all participants on all three days, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable learning environment.
