Mangaluru, Mar 29: The graduation ceremony of the Srinivas Group of Institutions was held on March 29, 2026, at the Mukka Campus.
Aravind Holla, solution architect at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Bengaluru, attended as the chief guest. In his address, he praised the remarkable achievements of the Founder Chancellor of Srinivas University, Dr. CA.A. Raghavendra Rao, and recalled the success story of the Srinivas Educational Institutions over the past 39 years. He noted that Dr Raghavendra Rao, widely regarded as the “Bhishma of the educational field,” continues to work tirelessly even at the age of 89 with a vision to expand Srinivas University to other cities. He emphasized that a lifelong spirit of service and social responsibility is extremely important.






He advised students to remain lifelong learners, to learn with humility, and to always be ready to acquire knowledge. He highlighted that the industry values adaptability, responsibility, and continuous learning. Positions may change and evolve over time, but one’s attitude determines success. Therefore, he urged graduates to use their skills for effective change and the overall development of society. He encouraged them to imbibe the values taught by visionaries like Adka Shamarao and Dr CA A Raghavendra Rao, and to move forward in life with confidence, curiosity, and responsibility. He concluded by wishing the graduates success in their future endeavors.
The honorable chancellor of Srinivas University, Dr A. Srinivas Rao, presided over the program. In his presidential address, he expressed his happiness and gratitude for the collaboration between Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and the Srinivas Group of Institutions and Srinivas University for the benefit of the student community. He stated that in today’s global industry, possessing knowledge alone is not sufficient; the ability to apply that knowledge effectively, along with skills in technology and artificial intelligence, is essential. He advised students to continuously update their knowledge and skills.
Prof Er A Mithra S Rao, trustee member of Srinivas University, administered the oath to the graduates.
Trustees members A Vijayalakshmi R Rao and A Ishan Rao, vice chancellor Dr K Satyanarayana Reddy, registrar Dr Anil Kumar, registrar (Evaluation) Dr Srinivasa Mayya D, registrar (Development) Dr Ajay Kumar, and principals of various institutions under the Srinivas Group were present on the dais.
A total of 1,058 undergraduate and postgraduate students were conferred degrees.
Dr Srinivasa Mayya D delivered the welcome address and introduced the guests. Dr Ramakrishna Shabaraya, principal of Srinivas College of Pharmacy, proposed the vote of thanks. The program was compered by Dr Padmavathi Prabhu, Anvitha, and Namrutha.
