Bengaluru, Mar 10: Actor Jr NTR was seen urging his fans to remain calm after chaotic scenes unfolded during an event at a hospital in Bengaluru, with several videos from the incident now circulating widely on social media.
The actor had attended the inauguration of KIMS Super Specialty Hospital on Sunday as the chief guest. His presence drew a massive crowd of fans, leading to disorderly scenes inside and outside the hospital premises.

Videos shared online showed hundreds of fans gathering to catch a glimpse of the star, with the crowd quickly swelling beyond control. Police personnel were forced to intervene to manage the situation and restore order at the venue.
In another video that later surfaced, the actor was seen addressing the audience on stage when sections of the crowd began cheering loudly. Visibly irritated by the disruption, Jr NTR paused his speech and asked the audience to maintain silence.
Speaking first in Telugu and then in English, he repeatedly requested the crowd to calm down. “Can you all be silent, please?” he said, before adding, “I said quiet… quiet.” The crowd eventually settled, prompting the actor to respond with, “Good. Thanks.”
Several other clips showed fans shouting slogans, waving at the actor and attempting to move closer to him despite security arrangements. Reports said some fans crowded onto an escalator inside the hospital complex, damaging it amid the rush. Authorities temporarily halted access to that section of the building.
Police deployed at the venue reportedly had to resort to a mild lathi charge to disperse the crowd and bring the situation under control.
Jr NTR was last seen in the action thriller War 2, which released in August 2025 and marked his Bollywood debut alongside Hrithik Roshan and Kiara Advani. The film collected around ?364 crore worldwide but failed to meet expectations at the box office.
The actor is currently focusing on Telugu projects, including the upcoming action drama Dragon directed by Prashanth Neel, which is expected to release in summer 2026. He is also likely to begin work on the sequel to Devara, tentatively titled Devara 2, which is expected to hit theatres next year.
