Mangaluru, Mar 6: The annual day of SCS School was celebrated with great enthusiasm and pageantry on Friday, March 6. The event served as a platform to showcase the academic milestones and the diverse talents of the students.

The programme commenced with a ceremonial welcome for the esteemed chief guest, Dr NK Vijayan Karippal. He was escorted to the dais by the school band and members of the student cabinet, lending an air of pride and grandeur to the formal opening. 

The celebration was graced by the presence of the president of SCS Institutions, Dr Rajneesh Sorake, administrative officer U K Khalid, and the heads of various SCS institutions. Their presence added significant value to the evening's proceedings.

Following the formal welcome, the school principal, Helen Lobo, presented the comprehensive annual report. The report meticulously highlighted the institution’s academic accomplishments, various co-curricular achievements, and the important milestones reached throughout the academic year.

Cultural showcase

The highlight of the evening was a series of vibrant cultural performances. Students from various grades took to the stage to showcase their creativity and confidence through dance, music, and drama. Each performance reflected the dedication, teamwork, and spirit of excellence that defines the institution.
